The Elite Mindset Development Program

In this 1:1 coaching program, you’ll work collaboratively with Nolan to take your athletic and personal development to the next level by:

  • Uncovering and building on your strengths

  • Establishing what’s important to you and what you want to accomplish

  • Taking control of your development to unlock your potential

  • Setting and achieving meaningful goals while learning how to stay motivated throughout the process

  • Understanding how to learn from every situation, deal with adversity when things don’t go as planned, and build resilience and mental toughness in the process.

Who it’s for?

Athletes age 13 +  who are ready to commit to a holistic development program that includes individualized strengths-based coaching, in-depth goal setting, and elite mindset training.

Where do we start? 

With YOU. This is YOUR personal development program. 

We begin with exploring your strengths and what makes you like no one else. 

With each call, we will build off of your strengths and explore goal-setting and mental performance opportunities to maximize your potential.

How it works

Each athlete's program is individualized based on their strengths, goals, and the challenges and successes that arise during the season.

You schedule your coaching sessions when they work best for you.

  • Approximately one per month 

  • Each call is approximately 45 minutes up to 1 hour

Q. Will there be homework?

A. Yes. Mental training requires work to produce results like putting the time in on the ice and in the gym.

Q. Are the sessions in person or online?

A. Sessions will be held online. 

Q. How do I schedule my calls?

A. You will have access to an online booking site where you can schedule calls as needed when it works for you.

Q. What is the refund policy?

A. I want to see you succeed. If you feel the program is not for you at any time, a refund will be provided. Refunds will be provided on a prorated basis.

Q. What if I have to reschedule a session?

A. Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before your appointment.
