The five-week camp will focus and progress on all aspects of player development to support confidence and success in various situations. Sessions will address and progress on stride mechanics and speed, agility, puck control and protection, decision-making scenarios, and much more.

Eligibility: Players must be signed to play U18AAA in 2024-2025, AP’d to U18AA or U18AAA in 2023-2024, or otherwise approved by Mind Body Hockey
