In this focused, single-day camp, athletes will engage in targeted cognitive motor skill development exercises to improve reaction time, decision-making, focus, and spatial awareness. With a small group size—limited to just 6 participants—you’ll receive personalized attention to maximize your growth. As part of Mind Body Hockey’s Cognitive Skill Development Program, this session provides the mental edge needed to elevate your game and perform confidently in high-pressure situations.
