The five-week camp will focus and progress on all aspects of player development to support confidence and success in various situations. Sessions will address and progress on stride mechanics and speed, agility, puck control and protection, decision-making scenarios, and much more.
Dates: Wednesday and Friday from July 10 to August 9, 2024

Location: ACT Arena, Saskatoon, SK
Eligibility: Players must play U15 or U18 in 2024-2025 or otherwise approved by Mind Body Hockey.
